About shipping products
Basically, after confirming your order, we will ship it from our overseas warehouse within 3 business days. All of ForRest's products are purchased overseas and managed in overseas warehouses, so we will deliver them in the shortest possible time, "about 10 days to about 1 month". Please note.
About returns and exchanges
If you have received a product that is different from what you ordered, or if there is a problem with the product being damaged or having quality problems, please notify us by email within 3 days of receiving the product.
As this is an overseas product, there may be small scratches or stains on the product.
Please note that we cannot accept returns/exchanges in the following cases.
- Events included in the characteristics of overseas products - Returned or exchanged due to customer's convenience (color, size, different from image, etc.)
- Items that have passed 3 days or more after arrival
- Items that have not been returned within 10 days of arrival
- Items that show signs of use or have been altered, washed or cleaned
- Products with odors, stains, or scratches from customers
- Items without tags - Sale items/lucky bag items - Lost or discarded packing bags
- Items returned without prior contact - When a delivery company is requested to pick up the item without contacting us in advance

Cancellation after ordering
If it is before shipping from order confirmation, we will correspond. Please contact us first. Cancellation after shipment cannot be accepted.
