Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

Non-returnable items

• Items purchased on final sale

• Customized or made-to-order products

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a tracked service—we cannot refund items lost in transit.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we will replace or refund the item.
